i know i'm not doing anyone a favor by sharing so many delicious dessert recipes right before summer, but seriously! these are too good not to share. i got the recipe HERE and changed it up just a bit.
they are supposed to be cooked in ramekins, but i didn't have any of those so i tried them in cupcake liners. worked well enough for me. they sunk in the middle after i took them out of the oven, but they were delicious!!
p.s.-i ate these as i watched the biggest loser, lol! oh well :)
